Interested in Being a Buddy?
Buddies should be rising or current high school students. It is recommended that Buddies have some experience working with kids or prior knowledge of the specific session they are teaching. If you are interested in being a buddy, fill out an application form. This form will be reviewed and if your application is approved, we will give you a session to lead!

Why be a buddy?
Being a Buddy is a very rewarding experience. You will gain experience working with kids and can also give back to the community while sitting at home! There are different and new sessions all the time, and you can pick when and what you want to lead. Your job is to have fun while hanging out with elementary school kids virtually. The skills Buddies learn will be useful for various other future endeavors as they are applicable in both school and beyond.
What's it like to be a Buddy?
You will be able to teach an existing class or come up with your own idea for a session and send it in for approval. At the beginning of each week, you will be assigned a session based on your availability and interest. Each session will focus on a specific activity. In a session, you will be put with a few kids, no more than 5, and lead your assigned activity.
