Projects
SB Peer Pals strives to encourage Little Pals to take on an active role in their community. We reach out to various members of out community, allowing the Little Pals to do their part in bringing joy to those people, whether that means drawing pictures or writing letters and cards. In the process, the Little Pals get service experience and foster their love for the community.

Hackensack Meridian Hospital
The second wave of COVID-19 has caused a surge in cases and hospitalization rates, leading the workers to be more exhausted than ever. Even though many people were sending letters to healthcare workers during the first wave, they have been receiving less and less support ever since. In response to this dilemma, numerous Little Pals wrote letters and drew pictures for these healthcare workers. We received over 50 letters and posters, which were hung up on the wall of Hackensack Meridian Hospital! This project was also featured on SB Patch and the Hackensack Meridian Newsletter.
